Course Outline

This is a hands-on learning workshop, not a sit-down lecture designed for leaders who want to deploy lean six sigma practices into their teams to create stakeholder value.  It harmonizes the three important elements of Mind (Creating constancy of Purpose), Heart (Improve Processes) and Hand (Empower People).  The participants will learn how to start their journey of continuous improvement, deploy a compelling vision, make value flow to the customer, and empower teams to solve business problems.  This workshop is a blend of facilitation, team-based exercises, and simulation of a real business scenario.

Certification Process

Complete all activities and exercises of the course.  Yellow Belt certification will be awarded at the end of the program.
