• Writing a Project Charter that gets approved

• Sequencing activities, setting milestones, and building a simple schedule
• Spotting and managing risks early
• Planning who does what (RACI) and who hears what (communication plan)
• Leading the team through execution
• Writing honest status reports — no watermelon dashboards
• Closing the project, capturing lessons learned, and handing over to operations

Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior project management experience?
No. PMF is designed for accidental, new, and aspiring project managers. If you have a project on your plate (or one coming), you’re in the right room.

Is this a PMP exam prep course?
No. PMF is aligned to the PMBOK^® Guide and gives you a solid foundation if you later pursue PMP. It is not a PMP boot camp. A separate PMP track is available — ask us.

What is PM Coach Pam?
Pam is Whitehall’s AI-powered PM companion, included with your enrollment. Use Pam during and after the workshop to draft and refine charters, RACIs, risk entries, stakeholder plans, and status reports in minutes.

What if I can’t attend all four sessions?
The curriculum is sequenced — each session builds on the previous one. We strongly recommend attending all four. If you have a conflict, contact us before enrolling so we can advise on the next cohort.
