Colorful sticky notes, flip charts, and animated discussions set the tone for a two-day immersive journey into Project Management Fundamentals (PMF)—a hands-on workshop designed to turn theory into confident delivery.
Led by Babby Mejia, PMP®, a seasoned project manager with over three decades of cross-industry experience, participants explored the foundations of project management—from defining scope, time, and cost to developing charters, schedules, and risk registers. Through practical application and guided facilitation, they gained clarity on how to manage projects that deliver results predictably and efficiently.
Each session combined structured learning with interactive teamwork. Participants built real project artifacts, mapped communication roles, and simulated project scenarios across ideation, development, migration, and transformation phases. Visual thinking, peer coaching, and live polling made the experience engaging, insightful, and directly applicable to their day-to-day challenges.
By the end of the program, every participant left with a personalized action plan—refining their project charters, applying RACI matrices, and planning risk workshops. More importantly, they left with a stronger sense of confidence and capability to lead projects that meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
The Project Management Fundamentals program exemplifies Whitehall’s mission to equip professionals with practical skills and frameworks that translate into measurable success.
