Congratulations to Home Credit’s newly Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts. The credential is conferred to candidates who have successfully led a process improvement project within their department. A certified Green Belt has demonstrated the right rigor in the application of Lean Six Sigma tools to accomplish the project goals using the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve- Control (DMAIC) approach. Projects may result in hard savings (i.e., it has a direct contribution to the organization’s profit and loss) or soft savings (i.e, indirect contribution to the organization’s profit and loss).
