Leaders of Meralco’s Corporate Technology and Transformation recently completed the Team-Oriented Problem-Solving training workshop held at Lopez Building, Meralco Ortigas Center, Pasig City last July 17, 2019.
The program is an immersive learning session where teams work on real issues raised by business users. Whitehall consultant, Babby Mejia, guided the teams throughout the phases of systematic problem-solving. The team’s journey started with defining the problem, implementing a containment action, verifying and validating the root cause and culminated in implementing the improvement actions to permanently address the root cause of the problem.
